Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday 28 August 2012 to examine the proposed Restructuring Plan of the Group, which has been prepared in co-operation with the appointed consultants for this purpose.  The Meeting for the examination of the Financial Results for the period January – June 2012 and the relevant announcement are postponed to August 31, 2012.
