In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4,  MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A.  announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 29, 2012)  and the Board of Director's resolution (dated June 29, 2012) purchased 2.100 own shares on Monday July 16, 2012 with average cost price €2,2477 per share and total purchase value €4.720.20 through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.
