The company ELBISCO S.A. HOLDINGS based on law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) as well as on Law 3340/2005 (article 13), announces that the firm DAFNOS S.A. a legal entity closely associated with the chairman of ELBISCOs Board of Directors Mrs. Helen Filippou-Coumantarou, bought on October 29 and 30, 2012 forty seven thousand four hundred and fifty nine (47,459) and twenty eight thousand six hundred and eleven (28,611) common shares respectively for a total value of four thousand nine hundred forty four euro and fifty six cents (4,944.56). With the completion of the aforesaid transactions DAFNOS S.A. holds a participation interest of 40.29% from 40.15% of the share capital namely 21,661,887 from 21.585.817 shares and a portion of 37.68% from 37.54% of the total voting rights, namely 20.257.887 from 20.181.817 voting rights.
