GΕΝΙΚΙ Bank, according  to its obligations, as stated in paragraphs 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, and following the recent Ministerial Decision prolonging the publication, announces the amendment in the Financial Calendar for 2012, as follows:

• The H1 2012 results will be announced on Thursday 29^th of November 2012, after the market closing of the Athens Exchange.
• The publication in the press of the H1 2012 Financial results will take place on Friday 30^th  of November 2012.
