The company “ELGEKA S.A. Trade – Distributions – Representations – Industry”, in accordance with article 4.1.3.1. of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and article 10, par. 1 of L. 3340/2005, informs the investing public that following the special tax audit for the fiscal year 2011, conducted by the Legal Auditors in accordance with Article 82, par. 5 of L. 2238/1994, for both the Company and for the Greek subsidiaries, unqualified Tax Certificates were issued.
