Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd (the “Bank”), pursuant to the Cyprus Law 190(Ι)/2007, announces the following:

1.      Dubai Financial Group LLC informed in writing the Securities & Exchange Commission and the Issuer that the percentage of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Bank held by the Company, was reduced from 18,69% to 1,41% and the percentage of the listed share capital from 18,69% to 8,83%.

2.      Marfin Investment Group S.A. Holdings informed in writing the Securities & Exchange Commission and the Issuer that the percentage of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Bank held by the Company, was reduced from 9,49% to 0,72% and the percentage of the listed share capital from 9,49% to 4,48%.
