ELGEKA S.A. notifies its shareholders and the investing public that the five year period available for the collection of dividend for the financial year 2006 expires on December, 31st, 2012.

After this date, dividends not collected from the entitled shareholders will lapse in favor of the Hellenic State. The shareholders who have not collected their dividend for the year 2006, can contact the Company´ s Shareholders Department (tel: 2310-779 713) for its collection at their earliest convenience.
