Geniki Bank, according to its obligations, as stated in paragraphs 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook announces the changes of the Financial Calendar for 2012 as follows:

• The Q2 2012 results will be announced on Friday 28^th September, 2012 after the market closing of the Hellenic Exchanges.
• The publication in the press of the Q2 2012 Financial results will take place on Saturday 29^th September, 2012.
