The company ELBISCO S.A. HOLDINGS based on law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) as well as on Law 3340/2005 (article 13), announces that the firm DAFNOS S.A. a legal entity closely associated with the chairman of ELBISCOs Board of Directors Mrs. Helen Filippou-Coumantarou, bought on November 15, 2012 two thousand four hundred and thirty three (2,433) common shares for a total value of one hundred fifty eight euro and fifteen cents (158.15). With the completion of the aforesaid transaction DAFNOS S.A. holds a participation interest of 40.31% of the share capital namely 21,668,875 from 21,666,442 shares and a portion of 37.70% of the total voting rights, namely 20,264,875 from 20,262,442 voting rights. The total participation of Mr. Kiriakos Filippou is now equal to 59.583% of the share capital, namely 32,032,040 from 32,029,607 shares and equal to 55.586% of the total voting rights, namely 29,883,040 from 29,880,607 voting rights.
