ANNOUNCEMENT

Following the, as at 31/10/2012, announcement of SIDENOR S.A., please note that the said spin-off is part of Sidenor Group's structure rationalization with the aim to provide clearer picture and management of its individual functions. Based on 2011's financial figures, the spinned-off sector represents more than 30% of the consolidated turnover. The relevant information memorandum will follow according to Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook.

The aforementioned spin-off will not affect consolidated figures.
