The company ELBISCO S.A. HOLDINGS based on law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) as well as on Law 3340/2005 (article 13), announces that the firm DAFNOS S.A. a legal entity closely associated with the chairman of ELBISCOs Board of Directors Mrs. Helen Filippou-Coumantarou, bought on October 24 and 25, 2012 two thousand and two hundred nine (2,209) and seventy nine thousand seven hundred and forty seven (79,747) common shares respectively for a total value of five thousand three hundred twenty seven euro and fifteen cents (5,327.15). With the completion of the aforesaid transactions DAFNOS S.A. holds a participation interest of 40.15% from 40.00% of the share capital and a portion of 37.54% from 37.39% of the total voting rights.
