HOLDINGS in pursuant to chapter 4 of the Athens Exchange rulebook and to rule 3/347/12-7-2005 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs the investors that on Thursday October 25, 2012, submitted into the Hellenic Capital Market Commission a request for the delisting of its shares from the Athens Exchange, following the resolution of the extra-ordinary general assembly held on October 12, 2012.
