ELVAL HELLENIC ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY SA announces, according to article 16 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, the signing of a common bond loan contract amounted to €2,585,000 with ALPHA BANK S.A. and ALPHA BANK LONDON LTD. The loan has 2years maturity and has been issued according to L.3156/2003 and L.2190/1920, based on decisions of General Meeting of June 16, 2010.

The above loan will be used for the refunding of ELVALs short‐term loans
