The company ELBISCO S.A. HOLDINGS informs the investors that the extra - ordinary general assembly, held on October 12, 2012 with a quorum of 95.6% of its total share capital, unanimously decided the delisting of the company s shares from the Athens Exchange according to article 17, paragraph 5, Law 3371/2005. Following this resolution, the company announces the decision of the shareholders that constitute the majority to acquire the shares of free-float at the price of 0,065 euro per share.
