The Management of HELLENIC FABRICS S.A. announces according to article 16 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, the signing of a Syndicated Bond Loan on 01.08.2012, mortgage secured, amounting to Euro 11,2 million, jointly organized by Alpha Bank, National Bank and Piraeus Bank. The syndicated loan has 30 months maturity and will be used partly as working capital for financing the general business operations and partly for re-financing the existing bank loans.
