Issue of Bond Loan

SIDENOR SA informs that, pursuant to article 16, par.3 of Law 3556/2007 and following the respective resolution of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting dated 15.6.2010, the Company has proceeded on 9.11.2012 to the issue of a common bond loan amounting euro 29.66 mil with ALPHA BANK S.A. as bond holder, with a two years maturity in order to refinance the Company's outstanding debt.
