The company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that, according to P.D. 82/96 (A'-66), as amended by the stipulations of article 8 Law 3310/2005, as this amended by Article 8 of Law 3414/2005 (A'-279), will participate in the following open competition of the Ministry of Public Order and Citizen Protection / Hellenic Police for the supply of two hundred and seventeen (217) motorcycles (official & free colouring), as relevant declaration under number 10/2012, carried on 28.11.2012 as well as to any possible changes in the dates of the transaction or the repetitions of the above competition.

It should be reminded to incorporate companies, shareholders of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., that since their stocks have not been registered, according to the above mentioned P.D., till natural person they cannot exercise the rights of participating and voting to General Meetings deriving from these shares as well as any kind of relevant property rights.
