The company ELBISCO S.A. HOLDINGS based on law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) as well as on Law 3340/2005 (article 13), announces that the firm DAFNOS S.A. a legal entity closely associated with the chairman of ELBISCOs Board of Directors Mrs. Helen Filippou-Coumantarou, bought on October 31, 2012 four thousand five hundred and fifty four (4,554) common shares for a total value of two hundred ninety six euro and one cent (296.01). With the completion of the aforesaid transaction DAFNOS S.A. holds a participation interest of 40.30% of the share capital namely 21,666,441 shares and a portion of 37.69% of the total voting rights, namely 20.262,441 voting rights.
