Heracles G.C.C. announces the updated Financial Calendar based on the article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, following the Invitation for the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting with subject the reduction of the Company's share capital by way of reduction of the share's nominal value and cash return of funds to the shareholders, as follows:

-          Ex-capital return date of Euro 0,98 per share: Wednesday 21 November 2012

-          Date of determination of capital return beneficiaries (Record Date): Friday 23 November 2012.

-          Capital return payment date: Thursday 29 November 2012

The capital return is subject to Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting approval, scheduled to take place on 27 August 2012.
