Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd (the “Bank”) announces that Mr Michalis Sarris resigned as Non Executive Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank.  The Board of Directors expressed their sincere thanks to Mr Sarris for the valuable services he offered to the Bank. 

The Board of Directors unanimously elected as its Non Executive Chairman Mr Andreas Philippou.  Mr Philippou served for many years as First Senior Manager of the Central Bank of Cyprus.
