FINANCIAL RESULTS

SIDENOR S.A. informs the investment community that that it will release its HY2012 Financial Results on Thursday August 30, 2012 and at the same day there will be an analyst conference call regarding these results.

The Data and Information, the Mid-Year Financial Report under IFRS for the period 1/1/2012 – 30/6/2012, as well as the respective press release will be posted on the company's website www.sidenor.gr, as well as on the ATHEX website www.athex.gr.
