SPRIDER STORES S.A. informs the investment community that there has been a change at the composition of the Company's Board of Directors, pursuant to its corresponding resolution dated January 17, 2013. Specifically, the Chairman of the BoD Mr. Athanasios Hatzioannou resigned, his duties were assumed by the company's CEO Mr. Vasileios Karellas, while the resigned member was replaced by Mr. Kyriakos Joseph Fesatidis, who assumed duties of an independent non-executive member. Therefore, the composition of the Company's BoD is as follows:

1. Vasileios Lambros Karellas, Chairman & CEO, Executive Member
2. Nikolaos Socrates Varsamis, Independent non-Executive Member
3. Grigorios Savvas Oroilidis, Independent non-Executive Member
4. Chrisanthi Theodoros Simpiridou, Independent non-Executive Member
5. Kyriakos Joseph Fesatidis, Independent non-Executive Member

The Board's term is for six years and matures on 27/10/2018.

Moreover the Company's Audit Committee remains as it is, consisting of the following members:

• Nikolaos Socrates Varsamis, Chairman
• Chrisanthi Theodoros Simpiridou, Member
• Grigorios Savvas Oroilidis, Member
