Following publications in electronic media and a request by the Cyprus Stock Exchange, Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd (the «Bank») clarifies that the Bank is not involved in any discussion with Bank Of Cyprus Public Co Ltd relating to the merge of the two companies.
