ELVAL HELLENIC ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY SA announces, according to article 16 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, the signing of a common bond loan contract amounted to €5,000,000 with EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. and EUROBANK CYPRUS LTD. The loan has 16months maturity and has been issued according to L.3156/2003 and L.2190/1920, based on decisions of General Meeting of June 15, 2011.

The above loan will be used for the refunding of ELVAL's short‐term loans.
