S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. (the Company), pursuant to L.3556/2007, as it stands in effect, and decision 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that Mr. Ulysses P. Kyriacopoulos, Chairman of the Board, notified us on 21 December 2012 of the below changes to his total voting rights in S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. The change arises from the transfer of 115,000 vote bearing shares to his daughter Alexia Kyriacopoulos, based on a parental donation agreement signed on 20 December 2012.

The voting rights of Mr. Ulysses P. Kyriacopoulos changed to 5,112,067 from 5,221,067, while the number of shares in his possession decreased from 3,926,144 to 3,811,144.
