Upon request of FG Europe S.A., the duration of its Common Bond loan issued in 2008, was extended for a two year period after the the consent of the participating banks. The outstanding amount of € 21,364,320 will be repaid in four (4) semi-annual installments with the first installment payable on 28/07/2013.
