Athens, January 31, 2013 - Pursuant to Article 14 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, “M.J. MAILLIS SA – INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES” (hereinafter "the Company") announces, according to the notification  received  from Grace Bay II Holdings S.a.r.l. on January 29 2013, that  Grace Bay II Holdings S.a.r.l.  acquired on January 24, 2013 19.308.860 shares and relevant voting rights in the Company, amounting to approximately 5,98% of the Company's share capital and voting rights and as a result, the percentage of voting rights, held by the above company, changed from 4,81% to 10,79%. As per the above notification, Grace Bay II Holdings S.a.r.l. is a special purpose vehicle holding the above shares directly and the ultimate control sits with H.I.G. Bayside Advisors II LLC and H.I.G. Europe Capital Partners GP Limited.
