Pursuant to the provisions of Article 27.3(b) of Codified Law 2190/1920 as in effect, SRIDER STORES SA hereby discloses that the total outstanding number of shares and voting rights as at October 4, 2012 that is the date of the invitation to the Company's shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) to be held on October 27, 2012 amounts to twenty six million two hundred and sixty two thousand six hundred and sixty common registered voting shares (26,262,660).
