Issue of Bond Loan

SIDENOR SA informs that, pursuant to article 16, par.3 of Law 3556/2007 and following the respective resolution of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting dated 14.6.2011, the Company has proceeded on 27.12.2012 to the issue of a common bond loan amounting euro 15 mil with EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS SA as bond holder and with maturity on 30.4.2014, in order to refinance the Company's outstanding debt.
