on 23/01/2013, 3,300 common shares of our Company of a total value of Euro 18,688.38 .

This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mr. Haralambos Kotsokolos, under his capacity as Investor Relations Manager.
