GΕΝΙΚΙ Bank, following its obligations as stated in paragraphs 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and according to an expected Ministerial Decision, will postpone the announcement to ATHEX of the H1 2012 financial results and their publication in the press.
