The Company VIOHALCO S.A., according to the provisions of the Athens Exchange Regulation, section 4.1.3.1, announces to the investors that, following the article 82, par. 5, of law 2238/1994, the tax audit for the fiscal year 2011 was conducted by the legal certified auditor, coming to an “unqualified opinion” conclusion.
