HYGEIA SA:  PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE

OF ACHILLION HOSPITAL IN CYPRUS

The company DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA SA (hereinafter “the Company”) announces the signing of a preliminary agreement for the sale of all its shares in the company VALLONE CO LTD, which has a direct and indirect controlling interest in ACHILLION Hospital (hereinafter “the Hospital”) in Lemesos, Cyprus, to one of the HospitalΆs main associated physicians.  The transaction is subject to the Buyer obtaining the necessary approvals from his lending bank, at which time the Company will issue a detailed announcement.
