MAILLIS SA – INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SYSTEMS (“the Company”) announces in accordance with article 19, par.2 of L.3556/2007 the draft amendment of its Articles of Incorporation and in particular of paragraphs 3,4 and 5 of Article 9 regarding the replacement of  members of the Board of Directors  and of paragraph 2 of Article 19 regarding the publication of the invitation to the Shareholders Meeting.
