GΕΝΙΚΙ Bank, according  to its obligations, as stated in paragraphs 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and the Decision  Nο: 010918/29.11.2012 of the Minister of Finance, announces the amendment in the Financial Calendar for 2012, as follows:

• The H1 and Q3 2012 financial results will be announced on Thursday 20th of December 2012, after the market closing of the Athens Exchange.
• The publication in the press of the H1 and Q3 2012 Financial results will take place on Friday 21^st of November 2012.
