ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO LAW 3556/2007: Notification of significant change in percentage of voting rights

Athens, June 25, 2013-  Pursuant to Article 14 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, “M.J. MAILLIS SA – INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES” (hereinafter "the Company") announces that, according to the notification  received on June 21, 2013 from  the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE SA (hereinafter "NBG" ), on June 19,2013, the percentage of voting rights of the Company held indirectly by NBG through Eurobank was diminished, due to the change of the percentage of NBG's  participation in Eurobank's share capital, because of the fact that the share capital increase of Eurobank was  entirely covered by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund.

Therefore, the total percentage of voting rights of the Company that were held, directly and indirectly, by NBG, changed from 23,18% to 7,92% which now represents its direct participation.
