S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. (the Issuer), pursuant to article 14 of L.3556/2007 and article 10 of L.3340/2005, as they stand in effect, in conjunction with the relevant Hellenic Capital Market Commission decisions and the notification received on 19/12/2012 from Mr. Ulysses P. Kyriacopoulos, duly obliged person in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of the Issuer according to article 13 of L.3340/2005, informs of the following:

By virtue of a private agreement signed on 18 December 2012 pertaining to the waiver on behalf of Mrs. Aikaterini G. Kyriacopoulos of the usufructus created on 115,000 common, registered, vote-bearing shares of the Issuer, owned by Mr. Ulysses P. Kyriacopoulos, the total voting rights in the Issuer controlled by Mr. Ulysses P. Kyriacopoulos increased from 5,112,067 to 5,227,067 while no change occurred in his number of shares.
