ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO LAW 3556/2007: Notification of significant change in percentage of voting rights

Athens, June 25, 2013-  Pursuant to Article 14 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, “M.J. MAILLIS SA – INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES” (hereinafter "the Company") announces that, according to the notification  received on June 21, 2013 from  the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (hereinafter "HFSF"),  on June 19,2013, HFSF acquired indirectly 82.436.049 shares of the Company which correspond to a percentage of 25,53% of voting rights in the Company. As per the same as above notification, above voting rights are directly held by EUROBANK ERGASIAS SA, ALPHA BANK and EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE SA 

Therefore, the total percentage of voting rights of the Company that are held indirectly by HFSF changed from 0% to 25,53%.
