In accordance with Section 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, Minoan Lines S.A. announces the Financial Calendar for the fiscal year 2013, as follows:

-Annual Financial Information is to be published on Company's official web page: www.minoan.gr and the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.ase.gr) on Saturday, March 30, 2013.

-Annual Shareholders General Assembly is scheduled to take place on Friday, June 21, 2013.

The Company will not distribute dividends for the fiscal year 2012.

The Company reserves the right to change the above mentioned dates, provided that it informs the investors with a new announcement.
