Announcement regarding the business agreement of 23.01.2013 between “ELGEKA S.A.” and “SEBA DIS TICARET VE NAKLIYAT A.S.”

Under the provisions of article 10, par. 1 of L. 3340/2008 and article 2, par. b of the decision 3/347/12-07-2005 of the Board of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, our company ELGEKA S.A. informs the investing public that, after today's announcement to the Athens Stock Exchange by the under liquidation AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE S.A. regarding the completion of the tendering process for the acquisition of 50.36% of the share capital of the company "GREEK COOPERATIVE CIGARRETE MANUFACTURING COMPANY (SEKAP S.A.)", the proclamation of another company as the preferred candidate and the expected successful transfer of that percentage, from today Friday, 29.03.2013, the Memorandum of Understanding that was signed at 23.01.2013 between of our Company and the Turkish company "SEBA DIS TICARET VE NAKLIYAT A.S." for the joint candidacy becomes inactive.
