The Board of Directors of Geniki Bank, at its meeting of November 30^th, 2012 decided the replacement of Mr. Bernard David, as a member of the BoD (who resigned on this date) by Mr. Matthieu Vacarie.  Mr. Didier Colin was appointed as the new Chairman of the BoD.

The new composition of the BoD is as follows:

Mr. Yiangos Charalambous  (Independent, Non-Executive Member)
