NIREUS SA notifies, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Law 3340/2005, that EUROMARE SA, an affiliated company with Mr. Aristides Belles, Chairman of BoD and CEO, acquired 2.329 convertible bonds of the company.  Specifically, on 26.9.2012 bought 1.382 convertible bonds of the company of total value € 17.633,93 and on 6.8.2012 bought 947 convertible bonds of the company of total value € 11.877,53.
