Due to the merger by acquisition of the company MARFIN CLASSIC S.A. by the company COMM GROUP S.A. and consequently, the cease of the trading of the share of the company MARFIN CLASSIC S.A., the erasure of the share from the ATHEX Investments Price Index is provided.

In accordance with the Ground Rules for the Management and Calculation of Price Indices in the Securities Market of the ATHEX (§10.7), the share of the company MARFIN CLASSIC. S.A. in the Investments Index is being replaced by the share of the company EXELIXI S.A., as the first runner-up share, according to the classification criteria of the Index, as such criteria were specified during the recent annual review of indices.

The said replacement will be effected after the close of the trading session of the ATHEX on 08/03/2004.
