Notification of information as per Law 3556/2007

G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.  (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. Georgios Dimitriou, that on the 1^st of March 2013, the percentage of voting rights that Mr. Georgios Dimitriou holds in the Company, recorded a change over 3% of the total voting rights in the Company and fell from 43,22068% to 38,22071% of the total voting rights in the Company.
