Pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005, the decision 3/347/2005 of the Capital Market Commission and the ATHEX Regulation, General Bank of Greece S.A. (“Geniki Bank”) announces that, on 14 December 2012, societe generale, being a legal entity closely connected with Messrs François Turcot, Jean-Marie Navarro, Christian Celin, Didier Colin, Matthieu Vacarie and Rodrigue Leclercq, sold 15,407,984 ordinary registered shares of Geniki Bank at a total consideration of € 449,913.13.
