The company “Plaisio Computers SA” announces to the investing public according to the law 3556/2007 (articles 9, 14 & 21) in combination to decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and decision 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee, that on March 21st 2013, the shareholder, Vice – President of the BoD and CEO, Mr Konstantinos Gerardos of George, communicated to the company that on March 19th 2013 he bought 42.000 common shares with voting rights. The percentage of voting rights of the shareholder rose over 15% on the voting rights (article 9, paragraph 4 of the law 3556/2007).

As a result the number of voting rights owned by Konstantinos Gerardos of George in the company came up from 3.307.469 (percentage 14,98%)  comes up to 3.349.469, a percentage of 15,17%  over the total voting rights of the company.
