• The date of announcement of Financial Results for the fiscal year 2012 is Friday, March 29, 2013.
• Summary of Annual Financial Information (Company and Consolidated) is to be published on Company's official web page: www.fgeurope.gr on Friday, March 29, 2013
• Annual Reporting to Financial Analysts is scheduled to take place on Wednesdays April 24, 2013, at 9:30 at the Presentations Hall of Athens Exchange, 110 Athinon Av.,Athens, postcode 10.442.
• Annual Shareholders General Assembly is scheduled to take place on Friday, June 28, 2013.

The Board of Directors, aiming to further strengthen the company's financial position, intends to bring for approval to the General Assembly of shareholders, which will decide respectively, the proposal of non distribution of dividends to the company's shareholders for the fiscal year 2012.
