2013 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

CORINTH PIPEWORKS S.A., pursuant to its disclosure obligations to the investors and in accordance to the Article 4.1.2, paragraph 1(Β) and Article 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation announced today the Financial Calendar of 2013 for Intended Corporate Actions: 

Wednesday February 27, 2013 (after the end of trade session): Announcement, Publication and Press Release of the Fiscal Year 2012 Financial Results.

Thursday February 28, 2013: Publication at the Press of Fiscal Year 2012 Financial Statements (parent and consolidated).

Tuesday May 21, 2013: Annual briefing of Analysts and Institutional Investors – “Association of Greek Institutional Investors” regarding the Annual 2012 Financial results.

Thursday June 13, 2013: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders.

No dividend will be distributed for the fiscal year 2012.
