According to par. 4.1.3.6. of ATHEX Rulebook and article 2 par. 1 of decision 5/204/14-11-2000 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission' s Board of Directors, the company «ELGEKA S.A.» informs the investing public that it is on non-binding negotiations with the Turkish company «SEBA DIS TICARET VE NAKLIYAT A.S.» by considering the possibility of minority participation in a company which will seek to acquire majority stake in company «GREEK COOPERATIVE CIGARRETE MANUFACTURING COMPANY (SEKAP S.A.)», with parallel undertaking of logistics services of the acquired company by ELGEKA Group's associated company.

The Company will duly inform the investment public regarding any significant development.
