Announcement according to Law 3556/2007

Athens, Greece – 12 March 2013 – Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca‑Cola Hellenic) announces, in accordance with Law 3556/2007, that it has been informed by Mr. Christos Ioannou, member of its Board of Directors and person obliged to notify his Stock Exchange transactions on the Company's shares according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, that on  March 11, 2013 Mr. Christos Ioannou along with Mr. Stylianos Ioannou, Mrs. Maria and Mrs. Ellie Ioannou distributed among themselves 160.000 shares they jointly owned in a joint investor's account.  Following this distribution, 40.000 of the above shares have been transferred to a personal investor account of Mr. Ioannou.
